Noël Design Build

Exterior After, Before and During Construction

The homeowners had a vision of a highly functioning space for a large family and wanted to bring the house up to date, including utilities and mechanical systems, in addition to improving its curb appeal.

Noël Design Build went for modest modifications with the largest impact. With a small adjustment in the roof-line, widening the dormer pitch, raising the dormer window height, adding trims and pillars, a new front walkway, revamping the enclosed front porch and moving the front door and the basement entrance, the new look is now a classic look. Increased energy efficiency and comfort, improved traffic flow, and the creation a master suite, in addition to separate bedrooms and shared bathrooms for all the children in the family, were accomplished without expanding up or out.

The front facade is attractive and in balance, the entry welcoming. New  replacement windows and insulation throughout ensure a comfortable indoor climate. Reconfigured spaces allow for plenty of privacy, as well as for entertaining.
