CHALLENGE
This client had a narrow driveway leading to a one-car garage under the house. The client wanted a two-car garage to help with challenging driveway logistics and street parking limitations.
APPROACH
A good deal of structural work was necessary to support significant portions of the house in order to achieve the client’s goal. Noel DB worked closely with our firm’s structural engineer to develop a cost effective and aesthetically pleasing solution.
RESULTS
The client can now move vehicles into and out of the garage with ease and without frustration.
